Safety Catch Set for the BD-21 Yoke
The perfect safety catch set for your rack! The Valor Fitness MB-Y, Safety Catch Set is made of heavy-duty steel and can hold up to 750 lbs! Easy to install and no tools needed!
The yoke rack itself weighs 160 lb, while the storage pegs at each corner allow you to add bumper plates and increase the intensity of your workout. The Safety Catch Set also serve to add further stability to the BD-21 when it is weighted down to perform exercises using the pull-up bar.

- HEAVY DUTY: Made from 12-Gauge Steel, the MB-Y can safely support or catch up to 750 lb for added insurance while lifting personal best limits. Allows the Yoke becomes more functional, to perform bench presses and squats.
- SECURE: Solid steel safety catches are welded to a 3-sided face plate for a secure grip on Valor Fitness BD-21 Yoke. A Steel rod is positioned completely through the main frame uprights, creating a safe locking mechanism.
- UNIQUE DESIGN: Safety catch extends 14.5" from the power rack and is reinforced with protective, UHMW plastic strips along the top surface to prevent scratching, absorb shock, and better support the weight. Steel End Caps prevent bar from sliding or tipping off.
- EASILY ADJUSTABLE: Safety bar extensions can be adjusted with just a turn of the wrist by rotating the extension 90 degrees to unlock. Find desired height, re-insert steel pin, and rotate back in place to lock.

Will these fit bd-11?
The 2x3 Safety Spotter Arm attachments are made specifically for our Yoke Rack (BD-21). Although they can technically fit, it would not fit snug and provide much stability because the BD-11 is constructed of 2.5" x 2.5" steel. If you are looking for spotter arms to match the size of the BD-11, you refer to our MB-H model, which is made to fit the BD-11 rack. You can click here to view our website listing for that.
